I will need to find the visual of the gradual release of responsibility from teacher to student
Shift from "Industrial Model" that looks as teacher as boss and students are workers who are told where to do it, when to do it and how to do it.
In new model students are looked to as collaborators and are: self-directed, researcher, creates their own professional development opportunities, life-long learners, empowered and constantly adds value to the learning experience.
